Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Diam.bet, # 1013 Blvd los Proceres 19-42, Zona 10, Guatemala 01001 (the "Sponsor"). Contact: [email protected].

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes is ongoing and begins when a participant creates an account. The Sponsor may end the Sweepstakes with at least 30 days' notice posted on this page or sent by email to registered participants.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, including for residents of Idaho and Washington. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and its advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

4. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary

There are two free ways to get Diam Coins (DC):

Method 1: Daily Reward (online)

Create a free account at diam.bet, open Daily Reward from the site menu, and click Claim Now. One claim is available per account per day. New accounts also receive a free welcome bonus of Gold Coins and Diam Coins at sign-up.

Method 2: Mail-In Entry (AMOE)

No account or purchase needed. Hand-print your full legal name, email address, date of birth, and mailing address on a piece of paper and mail it to:

Limit one mail-in entry per person per day. Allow 7–10 business days for processing. Incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant requests will be disqualified. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected mail.

5. Sweepstakes Currency

Diam Coins (DC) are the sweepstakes entries used on Diam.bet. They are awarded through the Daily Reward, mail-in entries, promotions, and as a free bonus with Gold Coin purchases. DC have no monetary value except as described in Section 6.

Gold Coins (GC) are a separate virtual currency for entertainment play only. GC have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed.

6. Prizes and Redemption

Eligible participants may redeem Diam Coins for cash prizes at 1 DC = $1.00 USD. Redemptions are requested from the Redeem tab in the Get Coins menu.

Redemption requirements:

• A verified email address on the account
• Minimum redemption: 20 DC (debit card / bank), 50 DC (gift card or cryptocurrency)
• DC that comes with a Gold Coin purchase at face value, plus Daily Reward, mail-in and promotional DC, must be played through 1× before redemption; bonus DC received with a purchase (first-purchase, deposit-match/retention and VIP tier bonuses) must be played through 3×. Winnings from play can be redeemed.
• The account must be in good standing under the Terms & Conditions

The Sponsor may verify identity and eligibility before paying any redemption. Redemptions are processed within 1–24 hours, depending on whether the request needs further review (for example, identity verification or an account security check).

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries and gameplay outcomes. There is no limit on the number of winners. Any participant with a redeemable DC balance who meets the requirements in Section 6 may redeem it for prizes.

8. General Conditions

• The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these Rules.
• The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end the Sweepstakes with 30 days' notice.
• All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the winner's responsibility.
• By participating, entrants agree to these Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final.
• The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

9. Void Where Prohibited

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for confirming that participation is lawful where they live.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Rules are governed by the laws of Guatemala. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration. By participating, you waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

11. Privacy

Information collected through the Sweepstakes is subject to the Diam.bet Privacy Policy. Mail-in entrant information is used only to process entries and award prizes.

12. Winners List and Copy of Rules
